Popped in to look for a new settee, had a chat with Richard who was very helpful and informative. Decided I wasn't going to get better quality anywhere else, so made my choice and Richard put my order through for me. On delivery day, their extremely helpful delivery guys brought the well packaged sofa inside put the feet on, and made sure it was located to my requirements. Couldn't have asked for better service, really happy. LOVE my new settee. Highly recommend Harrison & Brown furniture.

Local family run business who go the extra mile for their customers. My sofa will not be ready till February and they have delivered me a loan sofa and chair till mine is ready. All the staff are genuine and are not chasing the sale to get commission so no hassle . They offer good honest expertise, and they stock excellent quality furniture. Big shout out to Richard and Mandy for all their help.

Having just visited the shop today. Such a wide array of good quality furniture and home accessories. Met by a lovely lady (sorry didn’t get your name) who was very pleasant and helpful she directed us to where we needed to go and was so friendly. After having a look around we were purchased a lovely carpet and were assisted by Harry who was very helpful also. Then we were met by a lovely lady called Sue. She was very pleasant cheery and professional and she assisted us with our purchase of bedroom furniture. She was so nice and attentive without being pushy. Overall I would rate this shop and the staff a massive 10/10. I will definitely recommend this place and will definitely be returning in the future. Not forgetting the staff in the lovely tea room also who finished our visit and day off with a nice cuppa tea and a slice of cake. Harrison and Brown be proud of your staff they are a credit to your company ..

I bought a new mattress in Harrison and Brown today. I was served by Sue, and she was lovely. Very helpful, and knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable. I would recommend Harrison& Brown to anyone.

What a fantastic shop in Sunderland, there is something for evey room in your home, you can look over 4 floors. We went for a lay down to find the right mattress. Just been delayed the two men were so helpful and explained what they was doing. My mattress is a super Kind, so it was not a light. They took it upstairs and brought my old one down, don't know how they did it. So helpful and took care with what they was doing. They even put it in there van and took it round to back of house so it can get pick up in the morning. Sorry did not get there names, thank you gent's I would recommend Harrison and Brown and day and will be going back for new chairs when the wife let's me.

Sue served me in the shop with some clearance furniture. Sue was professional, polite, gave excellent customer service. Am excited about my furniture delivery coming soon. Delighted with price and product. All round good customer experience.

Previously had not had good experiences buying matresses in other shops, shop assistants didn't seem to listen to us and we felt rushed into a decision. This time at Harrison & Brown was totally different. We were very well looked after by Mandy. There was a great choice, we were given all the time and attention we needed but also not pressurised at all. She talked us through delivery options, which I hadn't really thought through and coordinated it with the collection of the old matress from our local refuse site. Very happy customers! Didn't realise they had an on site cafe and that they sell amazing home accessories too. Definitely worth a visit to enhance your home sweet

Great and professionals Customer service and delivery team. Very friendly staff. Mandy was able to give us the support and details we needed to make our decision to get a good bed frame and mattress. We recommend that the owner find a way to make the show room in Sunderland very visible to passerby as I usually thought the showroom was just downstairs. The store held the furniture for us until we had a day that it could be delivered, and the delivery men were professional and helpful, putting down a protective cover on the floor to protect the carpets. Myself and my hubby visited this store on Tuesday and purchased a 2 and 3 seater sofa. Laura assisted us and she was extremely helpful and has excellent customer care skills and very knowledgeable. Furniture is well spaced and layed out so yiu can browse from floor to floor easily would definitely recommend this store if you want quality furnishings.

I have recently purchased a console table from Harrison & Brown. The console table is an ideal size, great quality and price, and I look forward to delivery. I cannot praise them enough for their help and advice. The staff are always welcoming, pleasant and so willing to help. The staff also keep you well informed as to delivery with a suitable day. I must thank Richard for his help and patience, while I decided on the right size table, and also his pleasant, friendly welcoming manner. Also, Mandy who was so helpful too. It is a excellent store, with brilliant staff, and great quality furniture at great prices. What more can I say?
